In-house Training

So you need more control over the licenses and permissions to operate where you work. In house certification may seem the way forward for you. But first of all it costs a lot to keep the instructor trained and up to date. He needs a fair amount of and time and will create a lot of paper work. There will be licenses and certificates to design and print and yes of-course there is the question of annual verification and continual monitoring of standard of the courses that you need to supply for the different fork trucks in your operation.

Other associated problems can be.....  Have you found the right instructor.? Has he the right amount of enthusiasm for the whole project? Will he move on?? And that age old problem. Do I have enough personal turnover to train to keep my instructor gainfully employed.??? (He needs the continual experience to keep his own standards up!) None of this of course is insurmountable with proper management direction and conviction. But will it really happen in your lifetime at work????.

To help you on the way to independent training in your company we offer to small and medium company's the option of " In house training " to the highest standards required by the HSE. We create all paperwork including manuals and put them in  your company name. We always include any company Health & Safety Policy regarding the operation of the Lift trucks on your site. If there is not one then we will create it. Your company's best working practices reflected in the training program that will be fine tuned just for you. We will even design a training logo for you at no extra expense. As far as your workers will be concerned this will be " In house training at its best".

This is also a cost effective way to approach your training needs because your firm will become a priority when courses are required. In fact with a bit of pre-planning it can all be incorporated with a new employee induction course that must be undertaken with new starts.

If you find that "In house training" is working for you and you wish to train up your own instructors then we will give you our full support. When everything is in place we will give you all the paperwork that has been created on your behalf  free with our complements. At of course our full back up will still be in-place.

This is no short cut behalf in training methods or practices as we employ the highest standards that TTT provide. It is just that under the " In house license"  it will not be recognised by anybody else.

We do however ask for some commitment from you. This takes the form of only allowing " In house licences" to be recognised on your site. And, if bad driving is shown by your operators they are suspended for re-training under the " In house scheme".

At the end of the day you are firmly in charge as we bill on daily rate. No retainer is required. This means that should you wish to change trainer at any time you will be able to do so. We would prefer to do it that way because we are shore that you will want to keep coming back to us. Both because of cost but more importantly because of  our professionalism in the standard of training.

The offer is......
Training for a fixed price
A trained work force  Compliance with HSE needs
Guaranteed current training practices

Monitoring of training records  Advice always available
Familiar trainers
Continuity of standards
